Welcome to Prestige X, London’s premier luxury car hire service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and outline the agreement between you (“the customer”) and Prestige X. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

**2. Booking and Reservations**

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or via WhatsApp.
2.3 A valid driver’s license and identification are required at the time of booking.
2.4 A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

**3. Payments**

3.1 Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified by Prestige X.
3.2 Full payment is due before the commencement of the hire period unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

**4. Cancellations and Refunds**

4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the hire period to receive a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hire period may incur a cancellation fee.
4.3 No-shows or cancellations on the day of hire will be charged the full hire amount.

**5. Vehicle Collection and Return**

5.1 Vehicles must be collected and returned at the agreed times and locations.
5.2 Late returns may incur additional charges.
5.3 Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected, barring reasonable wear and tear.

**6. Driver Requirements**

6.1 Drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license for at least two years.
6.2 Prestige X reserves the right to verify the driving history of any driver.
6.3 Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same requirements.

**7. Use of Vehicles**

7.1 Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7.2 Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving.
7.3 Smoking and pets are not permitted in the vehicles unless otherwise agreed.

**8. Insurance and Liability**

8.1 All vehicles are fully insured for the hire period.
8.2 The hirer is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle not covered by insurance.
8.3 The hirer is responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the hire period.

**9. Maintenance and Breakdown**

9.1 Prestige X ensures all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
9.2 In the event of a breakdown, contact Prestige X immediately for assistance.
9.3 Prestige X is not responsible for any delays caused by vehicle breakdowns.

**10. Privacy and Data Protection**

10.1 Prestige X respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
10.2 Personal data collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

**11. Amendments**

11.1 Prestige X reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2 Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or email.

**12. Governing Law**

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
